I woke up feeling something is walking on me, yes I know it sounds creepy but as soon as I opened my eyes, a red cockroach was enjoying the stroll on my arm. I informed the lady at the reception, Kathy (sorry if I misspelled the name) about it, expecting an apology. She said, they are aware of it, they are harmless and it’s their season and they can’t do anything about it. I was so shocked and disappointed to see her reaction towards the problem. She waved one night out of too thinking she made it right. I never minded paying for my staying as it’s normal, but waving a night won’t replace the fact that the hotel has this “guest” and they can’t even say I am sorry … Additionally, I asked for grapefruit for breakfast bag as they had it available for breakfast, she told me when I collected my bag, enjoy your pastries 😂 when I clearly asked at the reception the day prior to not give me any gluten options, only grapefruit.
I came home to Bozeman after a wonderful Christmas vacation in Germany only to discover that I didn’t have heat in my home. Thank you Hilton for a wonderful four nights while I had a new heating system installed.
